Our website has been updated for the 2016 season! We have some bittersweet news, but first, some information about our events for the year.
“A Night At The Symphony” returns for 2016 as The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses comes to the Times Union Center on March 24, 2016 for an evening of gaming nostalgia and the beauty of classical music. We invite you to join us in your finest attire to represent Jacksonville’s classy side!

Our annual celebration of fanciful jewels and self confidence, “International Tiara Day” will occur once again on May 24th, 2016, and with it the annual giveaway of a beautiful tiara.

As for our bittersweet news, there are a lot of things going on behind the scenes here at Project: Illustrious. We have very little support in Jacksonville, and it has taken its toll on our directors financially. With the lack of local support to keep the events going for everyone, as well as personal circumstances pre-occupying our directors, we have decided to go on hiatus.
A Night At The Symphony and International Tiara Day will be the only events for this year.
At this time, it is unsure if we will continue after a hiatus, or simply close the doors for good.
Our Facebook page will continue to operate as usual, with etiquette lessons and helpful links for everyone. We highly recommend that you continue to follow us on Facebook, as any news or updates will be posted there first.
We thank everyone who has worked so hard to keep this movement going – from those who attended our events or shared our posts to get the word out, to volunteers and generous sponsors, we could not have done it without you.
May we see you all in 2017 – and best wishes for the new year!
